Although I have had very little time to write over the last two weeks or so I have noticed more price reductions and other agents have mentioned increased price resistance by buyers. The increase in price reductions indicateds that some sellers are getting the message.
I don’t think this is a good time to buy on the low end, but it still is for some kinds of land, Estates, and difficult to find properties.You buy those when they come on the market because they are few and far between.
