I made the last two Broker;s meetings, but not the tours.
Between My daughters birthday and graduation, trying to get a listing ready for market and previewing properties for my buyers I have simply lacked the energy.
I have been Forestville, Guerneville, Occidental, Freestone, Cloverdale, Ukiah, Sonoma, Glen Ellen, Graton, Santa Rosa and Petaluma as well as Sebastopol to see if properties will work for various clients.
The most interesting upcoming listing is a 57 acre Estate on Willow Creek Rd in Occidental that will come on the MLS tomorrow for $7.9MM.
Superb quality, stunning views.
I don’t know if it will bring that much but I’d be willing to bet the sales price will be close.
