Attendance was light at 53. 12 new escrows were opened, 8 closed, 5 price reductions, 3 properties back on the market ( One with a significant price reduction), 13 upcoming listings were announced and 5 buyer’s needs mentioned.
The most interesting upcoming listings were 178 acres in Penngrove ( 50 plantable to grapes) priced at $2.9MM and a stunning estate on Willow Creek RD near occidental on 57 acres which has had the price reduced $2MM to $7.9MM. These will both hit the MLS in the next few days.
Four homes were on tour scattered all over west County.
I saw none of them as I simply did not have the time.
