Probably not. More likely, work is getting ready to start at 205 West Hubbard Street in Chicago’s River North neighborhood. Why else would you fence off half of your parking spaces? Look for those Divvy bikes to be moved soon from the corner of Hubbard and Wells Streets so construction can begin on the new 9-story office building and its accompanying 22-story residential tower proposed by developer Centrum Partners.
