Directly across Jackson Street from its current location at 226 West Jackson, a new facility is being erected. Construction began in 2014, and is expected to be completed for student use in January 2016, just in time for the spring semester. The $251 million project also includes a parking garage, which has already been opened.

Last week, the Chicago Blackhawks announced the team would build a new training facility on the school’s current site. Crain’s Chicago Business has the scoop.
