A new luxury condo development is on tap for the West Loop a stone’s throw from Restaurant Row.
Taris Real Estate plans to develop 24 high-end units at 900 West Washington Blvd. The development–known as 900 West, will feature an industrial-chic design. The building will also feature two penthouse apartments.
The proposed 10-story building will sit on a site of an existing one-story office building.
